At Amish Basics, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, usually within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
Currently, Amish Basics ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon and will update this policy as changes occur.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every product you receive from Amish Basics. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation handy when contacting us to initiate a return. Because our products are natural and handcrafted, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is verified.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
